Week 3 of marathon training completed, my 14.8 miles goal is done. I’m tired but not as exhausted as last week. I’m sleeping well and I’m starting to see some good changes in my body. My belly looks a bit more toned, I’m down 1.6 pounds and no injuries.
This week, I completed:
- three runs including my long run of 5 miles
- a good walk with Roger
- a spin class
- daily abs challenge
- and 10,000+ steps daily (I started tracking for a work health incentive)
The #100abschallenge (day 20) is helping tone my belly and the running is helping my weight. Currently feeling good about my progress! Yay, happy thoughts!!!!
