#100 ab challenge…

My friend Donna challenged a group of us to do the 100 HUNDREDS! | #100ABCHALLENGE W/ THE BLOGIFAM. Donna is a workout monster and a big source of inspiration. So, when she threw out the idea a bunch of us said yes.

I innocently agreed to do this challenge. I thought we would be build up to 100. When I realized it’s 100 abs a day I panicked! I avoided writing about it before today. I was afraid to post, then fail. Yep, I was chicken!

Well today, I caught up on the second half of day 11 and day 12. I’m confident I’ll finish. I have surprised myself. I’m able to do more than I thought. I’m already seeing results. At the beginning of the month, I had to use my legs to sit up in bed. As of this morning, I can just sit up. It’s a small victory but it feels really good. Thanks Donna!

Roger has been doing the challenge too! It’s great to have a close workout buddy. He pointed out that it hardly takes any time. This challenge takes less than 10 minutes a day. Try it! You just might surprise yourself.
